We make every effort to display our products, colours and dimensions as accurately as possible. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made from natural materials (such as wood, rattan, ceramic and glass), slight variations in colour, texture and size are natural and are not considered defects. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there’s a pricing or listing error, or if we can’t verify the order details. If your order is cancelled, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is due in full when your order is delivered.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but occasional errors in descriptions, pricing or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time.
