Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all regions of Lebanon.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, delivery is a flat $5. Large and bulky pieces (such as side tables and large stands) have a flat $10 delivery fee that isn't included in free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Around holidays it can take a little longer.
Will you contact me before delivery?
Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address, so please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Payment
How do I pay?
You pay cash on delivery, in USD, when your order arrives. Nothing is charged online.
Do you have discount codes?
Sign up to our emails to get 10% off your first order (on orders of $30 or more). Codes can't be combined with other offers.
Products & gifting
Do items arrive ready to gift?
Yes, every order is carefully packed and arrives gift-ready.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We show colours and sizes as accurately as we can. Many pieces are handmade or made from natural materials like ceramic, glass, wood and rattan, so small variations are part of their charm. Check the size in each product's description.
An item is sold out. Will it be back?
Many of our pieces are restocked. Send us a message and we'll let you know.
